Whether you’re an EV owner, or considering the switch to electric, you can help us gather better insights into the real-world experiences of EV ownership, from charging habits to travel patterns, financial considerations and more. Your participation will help to influence consumer education, industry innovation, and the development of informed policies that deliver a sustainable, prosperous future for all Australians.

This survey primarily targets EV owners, but if you’re still on the path to owning an EV, whether you’re considering a purchase or lease, your perspective is also welcome.
An EV is defined as either a Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) or a Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV).
On average, the survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. We appreciate your time and effort in providing us with valuable insights into your experiences with EV ownership.
Yes, your privacy is of utmost importance to us. All responses to the survey are completely anonymous and will be used solely for the purpose of research and analysis. We adhere to strict data protection standards to ensure your information is secure and confidential.
Your personal details for the prize draw entry are kept separate from your survey responses to maintain anonymity.
Complete the survey and use the unique code generated on completion in the form provided (remember to save this somewhere!).
You will also need to answer the skill-based question: “In 30 words or less, how you would improve the experience of owning an electric vehicle in Australia?” This is your entry into the draw.

Please note, there’s a limit of one charger per household and one per state or territory.
Winners will be selected on 9 April 2024 and notified by email by 10 April 2024. Don’t forget to check your junk emails just in case.
If a winner does not get in contact to accept the prize before 24 April 2024 there will be a redraw.
